The concept

topCLEAR Aquatec is our tried and tested range of grinding water cleaning systems. Grinding sludge is filtered from the recirculated water in an environment-friendly manner and without filters or chemical agents. Clogging of the lines in your grinding machine and time-consuming cleaning of the collection tanks is avoided. Aquatec systems are usually installed locally in the bypass system, thereby reducing the installation effort to a minimum.

topDRILL, topCLEAR and topCUT can be combined to form an optimised system. The varioflexx system enables modules to be connected with each other, usually without any adjustment. The cable runs are integrated, and the low glass conveying level enables convenient loading and unloading. Our systems can be configured according to customer specification and supplied with the direction of travel as required. Open and flexible data interfaces enable combination with other equipment or systems.

Cleaning the AQUATEC unit is extremely simple: Dependent on the make and model, the signal lamp flashes to indicate sludge drainage or you drain the unit according to the metre indicator on your grinding machine.
		Step 1:	Open the cover. The safety switch ensures this is only possible once the machine is switched off and the rotor is stationary.
		Step 2:	Open the rotor lock with the special key supplied.
		Step 3:	Take out the rotor.
		Step 4:	Remove the sludge element.
		Step 5:	Place the clean sludge element into the unit (delivery always with two sludge buckets).
		Step 6:	Relock the rotor with the special key.
		Step 7:	Close cover – AQUATEC is ready for use again.
